Sometimes you find deals other times you buy expired food but nice having the option in a small town
Had a female worker tell a person i was with shut up and put her hand in his face. Because she "couldn't hear someone say a number" she was frustrated because she rung up an item more than once, and i ley het know that she did. And then argued with me about it. Awesome customer service she provided
Good place to buy food
They sell food after the expiration date. Be very careful when stuff is on sale it's usually expired. Poor selection of produce. Produce usually expires in a day or so after purchase. We purchased tomatoes there on a few occasions and had to throw them out because the seeds sprouted in the center. They also sell meat that would be dangerous to consume as "managers special."
Update the meat has been fresher lately. Their chop salads are awesome when they go on sale. Too much for $5.50 a salad regular price. Still wish they carried more produce. Especially stuff like cilantro, limes, jalapeño, bean sprouts, bok Choy. Anything different to make other stuff than pizza and burgers in a small town. Hit the sales it's the only way to buy stuff and not break the bank too bad here. Their sales dictate your meals you can make each week.
Family friendly...service with a smile
Giving them 4 stars instead of 5 because the cashiers are super rude. They told me certain items can't be refunded on ebt. We don't use ebt. Even if we did they didn't need to announce it and be rude about our purchases. This has happened multiple times, I'm sorry but stop racial profiling people. We go there at least once a week at different times and the employees stand around and don't really work. If you got time to lean you got time to clean. I'm sure they don't pay top, but at least be sober when you come to work. It's scary when they have drug addicts touch your food. We stopped buying anything that wasn't wrapped in packaging because the employees are sketchy and can snap on you when you're checking out. Put your stuff in bags to protect it, they don't require hygienic policies.
